Patient support package
Providing education and support to patients with atopic eczema is an important way to encourage adherence and self-management. To help you do this, we've developed a Patient support package, which can be downloaded from this site. The package comprises:
- A personal education plan template - to help you plan and phase the education you provide
- A series of guides to print and give to your patients to take home:
